2. Founder Time Audit

The Founder Time Audit is calculated in your browser. Your answers, score and free-text response are not automatically sent to CodVibes or HubSpot while you complete the audit.

If you choose to open the booking calendar, CodVibes may add a concise audit summary to the HubSpot scheduling-page URL so the meeting can start with context. The summary may include the overall score and band, primary and secondary patterns, dimension scores, the self-reported time-drain estimate and your selected preference for recovered time. Your free-text answer is not included in that URL.

Because this summary is included in the scheduling URL, it is transmitted to HubSpot when you open the booking page and may appear in browser history or technical request logs. Do not use the audit for confidential, special-category or otherwise sensitive personal information.

3. Contact form

If you use the website contact form, we process the name, email address, company name if provided and message you submit in order to respond to your request. The contact form is delivered through a server-side endpoint hosted with our website infrastructure and uses Resend to send the message to our business inbox. Contact-form submissions are not automatically added to HubSpot by this website.

4. Scheduling and service providers

If you choose to book a meeting, you leave codvibes.com and continue on a scheduling page provided by HubSpot. HubSpot processes the information you enter on that page according to the configuration of our HubSpot account and HubSpot's applicable terms and privacy information. Website hosting and delivery may involve Vercel. Email delivery for the contact form uses Resend.

5. Why we process information

• to respond to enquiries you send through the contact form;
• to arrange and prepare for meetings you choose to book;
• to operate, secure and maintain the website;
• to comply with applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

Depending on the activity, the legal basis may include steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, consent where specifically requested, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Analytics and tracking

CodVibes does not intentionally load HubSpot tracking code, advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts on the Founder Time Audit pages. Standard technical logs may still be generated by hosting and security infrastructure as part of delivering and protecting the website.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, contractual or claims-related retention periods.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
